Amplified AI Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of Amplified AI digital products and related materials.
1. License and permitted use
Each purchase grants a single-seat, non-transferable license for one named user. You may adapt materials for your own internal work. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish paid materials outside your licensed use.
2. Team and organizational use
Team use requires a separate team or organizational license. Contact support for multi-user licensing.
3. Product scope and updates
Your purchase includes the deliverables listed in the product manifest at time of purchase and documented update policy. We version updates and maintain a change log.
4. Prerequisites and external dependencies
Amplified AI products require compatible Microsoft products, licenses, permissions, and tenant settings. Microsoft products and licenses are not included in this purchase.
5. Accuracy and responsible use
Outputs from AI systems require user review. You are responsible for validating outputs, following workplace policy, and handling sensitive data appropriately.
6. No Microsoft endorsement
Amplified AI is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation.
7. Refunds
Refund terms are governed by the Refund Policy at refund.html.
8. Payments and merchant of record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, including receipts, applicable tax handling, and payment processing.
