Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

2. Request process

Email contactus@amplified-ai.co with your order email, order number, and reason for request. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Timing of funds returning to your account depends on payment method and bank timelines.

4. Exclusions and abuse prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund abuse, fraud, or repeated extract-and-refund behavior. Any denial includes a written reason.

5. Post-refund access

After refund completion, access to paid product files and related member resources may be revoked.
